RoyaleHosting turns five this year—a milestone we couldn't have reached without your support. Since our start, we've built our own network and infrastructure to deliver the reliability and performance you need. Here's what we accomplished and what's coming in 2023.

Five years of building better infrastructure

When we started, we aimed to revolutionize hosting by providing reliable, affordable services. We quickly realized that relying on third-party providers wouldn't meet our standards, so we built our own network and infrastructure.

Five years later, we're proud of what we've achieved—but we're far from done. We have exciting plans for 2023 and beyond, and we're eager to share them with you.

Migrating to Equinix AM5

At the start of 2023, we're relocating all servers in the Netherlands to Equinix AM5, one of the world's leading data center providers. This move significantly improves reliability and performance for all hosting services.

Our previous data center provider presented challenges that limited our capabilities. With Equinix, we overcome those limitations and deliver better reliability for your infrastructure.

We'll minimize disruptions during the transition. A follow-up announcement will come 30 days before migration with timeframe and details. If you have questions or concerns, contact our support team.

Improved DDoS protection

The Equinix migration enables us to rebuild our core network infrastructure with better DDoS mitigation—lower latency, higher accuracy, improved logging, and more customer control options. We're also expanding firewall panel functionality as we move toward Shield Panel 1.0.

What's coming in 2023

New website

We're redesigning our website from the ground up with a modern look and intuitive interface. New features make it easier to manage services and access resources, with direct integrations into Shield Panel and future software.

More POP locations

We're expanding globally based on customer requests. New data center locations are planned for Brussels, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, and Singapore to better serve our global customer base. These locations deliver lower latency and higher performance for hosting services.

While we're excited about these expansions, we don't have exact timelines yet. We'll provide updates as they become available and appreciate your patience as we bring these locations online.

Dedicated server panel

We're building a completely redesigned dedicated server panel that launches in the coming months. The new panel offers features that make managing dedicated servers easier and more efficient. With this panel, we'll deliver dedicated servers instantly, providing a seamless experience for customers.

Colocation panel

Our new colocation panel gives colocation customers better control and monitoring. Manage racks, monitor temperature and power usage, and access networking features and monitoring tools—all from one interface. The colocation panel launches alongside the dedicated server panel in the coming months.
