Our story
RoyaleHosting started in December 2017 in the Netherlands with a simple lesson: customers do not buy infrastructure for the thrill of buying infrastructure. They buy it because downtime, latency, and unreliable support cost them real money.
That pushed us toward a stricter operating model. We run our own hardware, build around facilities we trust, and keep close control over the parts of the stack that actually decide performance and reliability.
Today we serve businesses that need protected servers, colocation, and network connectivity without the usual hand-waving. We publish routing data, state our terms clearly, and build support around engineers who can investigate infrastructure and platform issues directly.
What makes us different
Unlike many providers, we are not trying to hide a chain of resellers behind polished copy. We own the hardware in our racks, which means faster problem resolution, tighter performance tuning, and no finger-pointing when something goes wrong.
Our support model follows the same principle. When you contact us, you should reach people who understand routing, systems, and attack mitigation well enough to handle infrastructure issues directly instead of forwarding them around.
