We're expanding our operational footprint with a larger, more capable office facility. This expansion elevates our operational capabilities to match our growing service offerings—and yes, we've upgraded the coffee machines too ☕.

The expanded facility features enhanced hardware storage that significantly improves deployment efficiency. By scaling up on-site inventory management, we reduce deployment times and respond faster to customer needs.

Our enhanced inventory management system includes an expanded testing facility, allowing us to maintain thorough hardware testing at scale. Although suppliers test rigorously, we always double-check to catch shipping issues and factory defects that sometimes slip through.

We're also upgrading our Network Operations Center (NOC) with advanced monitoring capabilities, ensuring 24/7 oversight of our infrastructure with unprecedented detail.

Custom-built data center room

The cornerstone of our Q4 developments is our custom-built data center room, designed from the ground up to meet our exact specifications. Every cable run, rack position, and power distribution point has been planned to maximize efficiency and reliability.

Built for scalability, our infrastructure supports over 10Tbps of connected capacity, ensuring we can scale rapidly as demand grows. This forward-thinking approach lets us expand capabilities quickly while maintaining exceptional service quality.

The new network layout is specifically designed to support our new dedicated server manager, which will improve how customers interact with their dedicated machines.

Upgraded network infrastructure

The headline feature is our new 400Gbit port capability—a game-changer for customers with demanding throughput requirements. We're also deploying an additional DDoS mitigation cluster for Application Shield with enhanced filtering options. This new cluster launches with 800 Gbps of filtering capacity alongside our existing protection layers, with plans to scale further.
